Our story
Home BASE Properties was built on a simple idea: owning land shouldn't require perfect credit or a bank's permission.
We buy and sell scenic, affordable parcels and offer straightforward owner financing, so buyers who've been told "no" elsewhere can finally own something of their own. Along the way we've closed over a thousand land transactions.
